SKOV’s animal weighers, which ensure accurate measurements, are sturdy and reliable and thus provide the producer with a better yardstick for his production.

As the weighers are in direct contact with the animals, they are designed to cope with the natural, harsh house environment and the behaviour of the animals. The weighers are not only easy to clean but also easy to remove when cleaning is needed.

DOL 98B poultry weigher
The DOL 98B poultry weigher is designed for weighing poultry up to 3kg. The weigher is typically used in combination with the DOL 95 production computer in connection with broiler production. One poultry weigher per house typically gives between 200 and 1000 weighings per 24 hours. The average weight and variation values are therefore very close to the actual values in the house. The mechanical construction of the weigher is adapted specifically to the environment in poultry houses.  

DOL 94 platform weigher
DOL 94-10 is a bird weigher for automatic weighing of poultry up to 10kg. DOL 94-10 registers the weight of the birds and transfers the weighing data to a connected livestock house computer.

DOL 94-10 can be used together with DOL 339 climate and production computer as well as DOL 95 production computer. Depending on which type of livestock house computer the bird weigher is connected to, data like weight of the birds, diversity of weight, number of weighings and gain are currently available for the grower.

The bird weigher resets after each weighing and deposit on the platform weigher of dirt and litter is therefore not a problem. Likewise, it can take into account that several birds mount the bird weigher at the same time.
