New feed weigher with large capacity
DOL 9940 is a new feed weigher from SKOV with a capacity of 40 kg; it is applied for weighing of dry feed for animal production. The weigher has a maximum capacity of 7 tons/hour.
DOL 9940 consists of a dustproof cabinet with feed supply at the top and feed delivery at the bottom.
Inside the cabinet, a weighing container is filled and emptied based on signals from a production computer. The quantity of feed is controlled and calculated by a DOL 539 climate and production computer.
Feed is supplied at the top of DOL 9940, possibly through an inlet funnel, which can handle feed from three or five augers/silos.
If distribution shutter is used, DOL 9940 can supply feed to two feeding systems.
Inlet funnel and distribution shutter are available as accessories. It is the same inlet funnel and distribution shutter as used for DOL 99B feed weigher.
