Ensuring costumers the best service

Ventilation and farm management systems from SKOV require proper installation, training of the user as well as service during the service life cycle of the system. If this is not the case, the customer pays for a system, which he does not exploit to its full potential. At SKOV, we are aware of these conditions and therefore cooperate with local partners worldwide, who are obliged to ensure SKOV local presence of good service.

Experienced service partner in Tunisia

In Tunisia, North Africa, SKOV has recently established a collaboration with the company TPS, owned by Mr Firas Boudabous. Mr Boudabous has a background as a production manager at one of the large poultry integrations in the country and therefore has extensive knowledge of the production of broilers.


Training is an investment

TPS was founded in January 2017 and today employs  three service technicians as well as Mr Boudabous himself. The basic idea for Mr Boudabous has always been to invest in training for himself and his employees, so that he can provide customers highly qualified service. In September 2016, Mr Boudabous participated in the first training at SKOV in Denmark. Since then, the training has been extended to include the other service technicians of TPS, and it has taken place both in Denmark and in Tunisia on TPS' own premises.

Certified Service Partner with training facilities

The massive investment in training made by TPS has resulted in the company gaining the status of Certified Service Partner for Tunisia and Algeria, and TPS currently works as supervisor on two large SKOV building sites in Tunisia. TPS has set up training facilities at the company address in Sfax and Tunis so that customers can receive training relating to the SKOV equipment before it is installed on the farm.


Local service support phone and spare part stock

As Certified Service Partner TPS should also be able to provide the customers quick service. TSP has built up a stock of essential spare parts and is going to establish a local service support telephone at the end of June, where customers can get into contact with a competent English, French or Arabic speaking service technician. Together with TPS, SKOV can now offer customers in Tunisia local and highly qualified service that ensures exploitation of the great potential of a SKOV system.
